A Brief History Of The Health Support Uses Of Gold
The earliest records of the use of gold for medicinal and healing purposes come from Alexandria, Egypt. Over 5,000 years ago, the Egyptians ingested gold for mental, bodily and spiritual purification. What is the active ingredient in Mesogold®?
Mesogold is 0.9999 pure gold rendered into nanometer sized particles suspended in pure deionized water. This combination is called a colloidal gold. To be called a colloid, the metal must be in the form of metallic particles. Mesogold consists of some of the smallest gold nanoparticles. It is the exceptionally small size of the particles combined with the relatively high concentration of particles that produces a gold colloid with a very high particle surface area. In the world of chemistry, surface area determines how effectively a substance will react with its environment. It is the high surface area of the gold particles which allows the gold to interact effectively inside the human body. Colloidal gold is totally non-toxic to humans.
How is Mesogold® produced?
Mesogold is manufactured by a proprietary process which starts with .9999 pure gold and produces very small gold particles which are just several times the diameter of the gold atoms themselves. These particles remain suspended in pure water. Our product is a true colloidal gold because the gold content is contained entirely in the particles. There are no gold ions in Mesogold.
Many products claiming to be colloidal gold are actually ionic gold which is not the same. In an ionic gold solution the gold content is contained in gold ions, not in gold particles. If it isn't ruby red it is not the highest quality colloidal gold.
You should not use this product if you are allergic to gold!
Allergic reactions to gold, while not unheard of, are uncommon. Someone having an allergic reaction to gold would not be able to handle a metallic gold object such as gold jewelry without causing an allergic reaction. Those who are uncertain if they are allergic to gold should apply a few drops to the back of the hand to see if an allergic reaction results. If you do not see a reaction within 30 minutes you can be fairly certain that you are not allergic to gold.
Dosage
Mesogold should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach 15-20 minutes before eating for maximum absorption.
The nominal adult dosage for Mesogold is one tablespoon (15mL) daily but optimum dosage must be determined for each individual. Most adults will find their optimum dosage will be between 1 and 4 tablespoons. Some power users take 6 to 8 tablespoons daily. To find your optimum dosage, start with two tablespoons daily for one week, then double to 4 tablespoons for one week. Then cut back one tablespoon at a time and try the new dosage for one week to find what dosage suits your individual requirements. For children start with a dosage of one teaspoon (5 mL) for each 70 pounds of body weight and determine the optimum dosage by doubling the dosage after one week. Individual requirements will vary so actual dosage must be determined by trial and error. A large dosage is not harmful.

Color
Mesogold is a clear ruby red colored liquid. There is no noticeable turbidity (cloudiness). The color appears to change somewhat from light ruby red to dark ruby red to purple with increasing concentration of the gold present. At 20 ppm, the gold concentration of Mesogold, the color is ruby red.
Content
The gold content of Mesogold is 100% contained in the particles. There are no gold ions in Mesogold. The purity of the gold used to make Mesogold is 0.9999. The mean diameter of the gold particles is typically in the range of 3 to 4 nanometers.
